Go to lots of meetings. Find a meeting where what people say sheds light on drinking and alcoholism and also provides a solution. Listen out for people who make sense and seem to be cheerful and relaxed. Get their numbers. Call. Present a current question or problem. If you find that their answers clarify things for you, and that their solutions, once implemented, help you stay sober and improve your day, keep calling. Once you trust someone, ask them to take you through the Twelve Steps. If they say no or take ages to get back to you, ask someone else. Keep going until something sticks. Sometimes you have to ask a few people, so don't be disheartened if the first couple of people don't work out.
