When I call a sponsor, I am ready for the call. This means that, if I don't get through, I'm available to be called back or to be prompted to call them back.
It also means I have the willingness and ability to do what they suggest in order to solve the reason I'm calling in the first place. If I don't have the time to respond to their response, I don't contact them in the first place.
