My troubles are of my own making. If the sponsee thinks their troubles are of others' making, or attributable to anything outside their direct control, I can't help them.
I show people the programme and how to apply it.
A bit of encouragement doesn't hurt.
I don't offer hugs and cuddles, a Special Relationship, or role-play in reenactments of historical relationships with authority figures.
The programme, that's it.
When I stick to that, it frees up the whole day.
